ITKX Technologies is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our services and products.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service was not delivered as described
  • Service quality was significantly below industry standards
  • Technical issues prevented proper service delivery
  • Request is made within the specified refund window
  • All refund application requirements have been met

3. Refund Window

Software Development Services: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of project completion or service delivery.

Digital Marketing Services: Refunds must be requested within 15 days of invoice date for monthly services.

WAPP Subscription: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of payment for unused service periods.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Consulting services and custom development once work has commenced
  • Completed deliverables that meet project specifications
  • Services where the customer requested modifications after completion
  • Payments made for services already rendered
  • Cancellations outside the specified refund window

5. Refund Process

To Request a Refund:

  3. Describe the reason for your refund request with documentation
  4. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  5. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • A portion of the service was not delivered
  • Multiple services were purchased and only one qualifies for refund
  • Service was partially completed before cancellation

8. Special Circumstances

Custom Development Projects:

For custom development, refunds are generally not available once development has begun. However, we may offer alternatives such as service credits or project modifications at our discretion.

Subscription Cancellations:

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for already paid periods will not be issued unless the service was not delivered.

9. Warranty Claims

If a service does not meet our quality standards within 30 days of delivery, we will remedy the issue at no additional cost. If remediation is not possible, a refund may be issued.

10. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may submit an appeal with additional documentation within 14 days. A management review will be conducted, and we will respond within 7 business days.
